3. Return Process

Initiate a Return:

Contact our Customer Service team at puduecofriendly00@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization:

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions. Returns without a RAN will not be accepted.

Packaging:

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Ensure the RAN is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Shipping:

Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
