Merchant Return Policy

HOME / MERCHANT RETURN POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

​

  • Custom or personalized wooden phone cases.

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

3. Return Process

​

  1. Initiate a Return:

    • Contact our Customer Service team at puduecofriendly00@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization:

    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions. Returns without a RAN will not be accepted.

  3. Packaging:

    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Ensure the RAN is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

  4. Shipping:

    • Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges:

    • If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this when contacting Customer Service. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting Damages:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and a description of the damage or defect, along with photos if possible.

  • Resolution:

    • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
